Education, organizational leadership, and time in the field shape how I approach people and problems.

I bring a Deaf perspective and a master’s degree in Deaf Education to work spanning nonprofit leadership, strategic communications, language access, and outdoor education.

As founder of Cue Cognatio and executive director of Cued Language Lab, I connect creative work with research and development. As president of the U.S. Deaf Ski & Snowboard Association, I support a community built around participation in winter sports.

My backcountry work brings another dimension to that leadership. As an avalanche instructor and guide, I work with the practical demands of communication, uncertainty, and shared decision-making.

Education: Master’s in Deaf Education
